Our A/C has been broken for 3 weeks now and every time I call I get someone else who immediately puts me on hold then tells me the same thing, the previous person told me and everyone of them has said, "I’ll follow up with a phone call or email to keep you posted". Do you know I haven’t received NOT 1 call or email. but hey they did say once again today, "Purchasing is trying to find the part. " I ask, "How long can this take, and let me speak to your supervisor. " so I spoke to someone who said she was a supervisor said I could call and talk directly to her so we can get this matter resolved. She was also supposed to follow up with an email that I’ve never received.

We were able to call HWA when we got to port on 6/26/18 and approve my mother making a claim.
